Transcendental Meditation Benefit And Technique

Transcendental meditation technique or TM. I'd defined as the silent meditation mates developed by maharishi yogi. It is widely used among the meditators and one of the most famous meditation technique.

Technique of meditation- 

1. Get started with sitting up in a peaceful place.

2. Sit comfortably, if possible you can sit in lotus position but if you are beginners and it is not possible for you then you can sit in half lotus position.

3. Feel free and take a deep breath.

4. Open your mind and then close your eyes and let the though come into the mind.

5. Take deep breath and close your eyes and get started with repeating mantras. Most famous matra among us is "OM" but you could choose other according to your choice.

6. When your consciousness get in work and feel that the thought are disturbing you jump into the mantra and start to chant it out either in loud or in small voice.

7. You could do it for more than 15 to 20 minutes but if you are beginners then you can start from 2 to 5 minutes according to your capacity.

8. Get back and open your eyes and sit for few minutes until you feel free and start your day.

1. Stress relief :- As meditation helps us to refresh our mind it helps to relief our stress and pain and feel more relaxed than ever before.

2. Higher work efficient:- Meditation makes us more confident and stress free so that it would improve our efficiency at work and also in each and every small work.

3. Better performance: As discussed above that meditation improves our efficiency which would lead in better performance.

4. Increase in productivity:- As there  is increasement in performance due to meditation automatically it would lead to higher productivity.

5. Lower blood pressure:- As meditation helps us to reduce stress, it leads to reduction of blood pressure, so that we could live our healthy life.

6. Lower risk heart disease:- As initially we know that  meditation helps to relief stress and pain and help to focus on our work and also include purification of lungs and helps us to lower risk of heart disease.

7. Hyperactivity treatment:_ Basically meditation leads to purification of mind and heart so that stress and reaction process will be performed by people more consciously.

8. Healthy relationship:- As you would  give more focus to their saying and their work they would be more friendly with you.  For eg if you would give more focus to the words of your friend they think that you are friendly and would have friendly relationship as well as healthy.

9. Improved intelligence:- As meditation helps us to think and analyse problem using their conscious so that it would improve intelligence of the person.
