Meditation generally refer to process of purification of mind and heart. Today i am going to present  top meditation tips for pro.Meditation  may be used with the aim of reducing stress,anxiety, depression and pain. Definition of meditation is provided by individual aspect because it covers wide range of aspects and finding actual definition of it may be hard.

Here are some tips:

1. Sit for 10-20 minutes daily:Generally we start meditation from 2 minutes but gradually we began to increase our time. As we feel more comfortable with it you can sit for more than 10 minutes from half an hour up to 1 hour if you like. As expert say that first step leads to the way of success. So be sure to remember that in mind.

 2. Start up in morning or either night: As we know day time is highly polluted with noise i would be good for meditators to have more focus on their meditation during  morning and night time. Moreover i would like to suggest you to do meditation at morning so that you could be active whole day. 

3. Do not focus on your achievement: While doing meditation gradually you can feel some changes in your daily life. Do not be happy with the small achievement you have to go for big.

4. Be honest with yourself: You must be honest with you and have faith in you and you will attain your goal. If you are feeling good then it's great you would have more focus the other day.

5. Observe your breath: ,The main concept of meditation is to focus on your breath. You must focus on your breath in order to have concentration and to explore yourself.

6.Don't worry to setup your mind: You don't have to care about what you are thinking in your mind. you could generally sit out and start up meditation but keep that in mind you should not try to clear your mind. Let it be in natural way.

7.Know yourself : The main moto of meditation is to know  yourself. Main aspect of  meditation is to know something how you think and what you should think. You have to explore your mind.

8.You can do it anywhere: IF you are going for an interview or either for an presentation and you are afraid of that. Sit back of couple of minutes and take deep breath and you are good to go. It enriches your confidence level.

9. Follow guided meditation course online: There are different online platform where you could find your tutor for guided meditation.

10. Find community that suite for you: You could explore  different community that has been involved in meditation approaches like buddhism group or zen meditators group or you can enroll yourself in meditation classes.
