1. Exercise daily:-Exercise is the most important factor in case of fitness. Exercise plays an vital role to keep a person free from disease or from any other external factor. Physical exercise like jogging, stretching should be perform regularly in order to keep body posture and energy. Exercise moreover makes of active whole day. So think before sleeping till 7 and being dull whole day. So exercises 🏃 lure person to be physically fit and fine. 

2.Balance diet :- Balance diet refers to the  proper amount of calories that is supplied to the body. As we know the thumb rule of nutrition it become mandatory to follow it's rule and apply it in day life to become fit. Be sure to check out the number of BFP, BMI and BMR which contributes the most to stay make or body fit. In simple you should calculate all the factor that manipulates your health and you have to reach out to the conclusion making a diet table for it's proper execution.

3. Enough sleep:-  As we all know about the importance of sound sleep. It is essential for human being to have complete sleep otherwise he have to suffer the next day. According to research teenager should sleep 7-8 hours a day. And you must also follow the rule to ensure stable mental condition.

4. 21 day challenge:- The most important tips from my point of view is to face this and stand out for 21st day. As we guys known that the most hard thing at the time of doing work is execution. Most of the people feel lazy so that they give up their exercise before 21 days before making habit. So guys I would suggest you this tips to keep in the great priority to dig up the way to the fitness.

5.Make the world your gym:- You don't have to pay cash to gym in order to be fit. You can be fit by yourself if you have motivation to achieve it. 
You could be surprise to know that it is affective jump out in the street, stretch put you body in fresh environment. Go for jogging with friend in that case you could also improve your physical health as well as interaction.

6. Stretching:- Stretching makes your body flexible and makes free from muscles pain problem. Also increases elasticity of your muscles. If you have no time for that. It is not a big deal you can do it while working or while watching tv.

7.Say no to alcoholic drinks:- If you want to be physically fit you must be fit by immune system which deals with the diseases or from external attack. Alcohol contains dangerous drug called nicotine which lessen life span of a person. So that we should discourage the use of alcohol.

8. Stay Motivated :- Motivation is the key for success. If we stay motivated and have positive thoughts then we could be healthy mentally as well as physically.
