health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being of an individual.Generally we used to introduce health as the absence of disease.We know that their are seven dimensions of health i.e. physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental and occupational. Which is the main reason for our well being.

Here I have presented top health tips. They are:-

1. Eat a healthy diet :- To be physically fit you must ensure yourself that you are taking in enough healthy diet. Healthy diet includes nutrition which I have discussed briefly in my 24 hour fitness tips. But as simple as we should balance or diet by maintaining balance over our amount of  intake of calories. Calories are the main agent for improvement of our physical health.

2. Be Active :- As physical health is closely connected with the muscular movement. To maintain healthy lifestyle we should try to be active, either by engaging in games or by doing primarily things like walking, jogging etc. Being active not only means to do random exercise it has certain rule you should not hurt at the time of physical exercise. Moreover, You can take guidance for a trained instructor  for that.

3.Regular blood pressure check up :-
High blood pressure or hypertension is also known as silent killer as it does not have any symptoms.If we aren't conscious about it, it may leads to severe heart,kidney disease. So that you must be aware of your blood pressure level and must consult with high level professionals if you have high level of blood pressure.

4. Reduce intake of harmful product :-
In this context harmful products means smoke and alcoholic products. Nicotine that is found in smoke shorten our life and may lead to severe King's disease. Not only smoking cause severe disease intake of alcohol also cause NCDs such as liver cirrhosis, cancer and heart disease.
So that we should be aware of consequences of these products and try to avoid it.

5. Prevent mosquito 🦟 biet :-
Mosquito is one of the dangerous creature. Going back to few decades. Lots of disease has been emerged from mosquito attack like dengue, malaria, Japanese encephalitis, yellow fever and many more. From this it is proved that mosquito bite is more dangerous than we have thought. In order to prevent that we should use nets or ointment.

6. Prefer drinking safe water :- As we know that more than 60 percent of our body contains water. It has been the most important factor to be focused. If we intake safe water then our immune system will be strong whereas intake of contaminated water may leads to disease like cholera, diarrhoea, typhoid etc. So that we should be aware of intaking safe water for better improvement of our physical body.

7.Clean your hand :- As in this year 2020 covid 19 has been the major threat to our health it has been mandatory to wash out hand property either with natural soap or with sanitizer. It prevents virus from entering inside of body. As we know that this virus attack respiratory system so that we should be aware to flush of mouth and throat time to time. At last,

8. Get regular health check up :- As this world is full of pollution and disease it has been clear that we should take care of our health from these external factor. Which manipulates our health and causes severe diseases.So we should be conscious of our health and go for regular health check up.

9. Avoid using sugary products :- By the use of sugars in more amount diabetes make attack to our immune system causing disease called sugar.
So that we should be aware of that and should avoid using more sugary products.

10. Reduce intake of harmful fat :- Fats is important for our body and more importantly reducing intake of fat prevent severe NCDs and unhealthy weight gain. According to who a person should only take 30% of fat out of their total intake.
