3.Is it necessary to stay cross legged ?

Absolutely not it is not mandatory to sit cross legged you can grab up you comfortable position in order to have focus. But if you are professional in meditation you could simply adjust in cross legged position.Moreover,  I would like to suggest half  lotus position to the beginners.

4.Is is mandatory to do meditation daily ?

If you practice meditation daily then you are the one who is benefitted by it but if you are not getting enough time then you could do meditation four times  a week after completing 21 day challenge.

Of course meditation also have lots of positive impact on physical health. Meditation like mindfulness and transcedental helps a person to stay away fron anxiety and stress that they are suffering in their daily life. Meditation is also beneficial to those person who have high blood pressure level and high cholesterol level. Reasearch have shown that meditation also improves sleep of a person and helps them to retain energy the other day and helps to keep a person fully charged.

For this question i am  not the one to suggest the answer you are the one to find the answer of the question. You have to do some research on this topic and generate idea that which types of meditation works for you it may be mindfulness of  Tm( Transcendental meditation) or vipassana meditation or any other technique. But i love Ym the most aamong these all.
